General Policies

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

New client packets must be signed and returned at least 48 hours before a class or workshop begins.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a class.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be refunded the full class fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class will be refunded 50% of the class fee.

Rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before a class begins.​

No calls, no shows will be charged the full class fee.

Lumina Health Services, LLC and Mairead Suthoff, ATC reserve the right to refuse products or services to anyone for any reason.
