General Policies

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking. 

  • New client packets must be signed and returned at least 48 hours before a class or workshop begins. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a class. 

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be refunded the full class fee. 

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class will be refunded 50% of the class fee. 

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before a class begins.​

  • No calls, no shows will be charged the full class fee.

  • Lumina Health Services, LLC and Mairead Suthoff, ATC reserve the right to refuse products or services to anyone for any reason.
