General Policies

Payment is due in full or with an agreed upon payment plan at the time of booking.

New client paperwork must be signed and returned at least 24 hours before a consult begins.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a consult.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be refunded the full fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class will be refunded 50% of the fee, unless there was an emergency.

Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before a consult begins or a rescheduling fee may be incurred.​

No calls, no shows will be charged the full consult fee.

Lumina Health Services, LLC and Dr. Mairead Suthoff, DC, ATC, FAE reserve the right to refuse products or services to anyone for any reason.
