General Policies

  • Payment is due in full or with an agreed upon payment plan at the time of booking.

  • New client paperwork must be signed and returned at least 24 hours before a consult begins. 

​

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a consult.

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be refunded the full fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class will be refunded 50% of the fee, unless there was an emergency. 

​

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before a consult begins or a rescheduling fee may be incurred.​

​

  • No calls, no shows will be charged the full consult fee.

​

  • Lumina Health Services, LLC and Dr. Mairead Suthoff, DC, ATC, FAE reserve the right to refuse products or services to anyone for any reason.
